Company Overview

EDA has been a leader in servicing high technology and industrial companies in the New England area since its inception in 1976, with both a permanent and temporary staffing division. In addition to permanent placement, EDA's temporary contract services division is prepared to respond immediately in supplying personnel on a temporary basis. Our candidates' qualifications range from high-level scientists, programmers and engineers, to technicians and assemblers.

Along with EDA's experience and track record, we are equipped to staff engineering & design drafting personnel with a computer and CAD software (AutoCAD & Cadra) for the temporary employee to use for the duration of the contract. We take pride in the fact that we can provide our clients with the proper person no matter how unique the required skills may be.

In addition to our staffing services, EDA has acted on today's high demand for quality ECO Modifications, PCBA Repairs and Technical Skill Solder Training. Our center features state-of-the-art electronic manufacturing repair equipment, the same currently used by top electronic manufacturers of the world today. The EDA Service Center offers a rework, component identification and technical solder skill training programs that are second to none. Certified IPC-A-610, ANSI-J-STD-001, or IPC7711/7721 proficiency training with certificate is available. EDA offers your experienced employees Skill Enhancement Training, which concentrates on advancing the skill level of your already on-board rework and repair technician specialists.

An issue that has become very important to our clients and to us as well is legal absolution. A contract employee becomes the total responsibility of EDA., which includes worker's compensation, payroll taxes, benefits, as well as hiring and terminating, thereby alleviating the client of any legal responsibilities.

We at EDA know the importance of satisfying our employees, which is why we offer health and dental insurance, holiday and vacation pay and a 401K plan to contract employees. This is the EDA difference.
